Summer Camp FAQs

1.  What are the fees?

  • $1,000 non-refundable deposit (due to secure your child's spot)

  • $1,000 bi-weekly tuition ($500 for session 5)

  • Late fees: $10 for the first 10 minutes or fraction thereof and $1 per minute thereafter.

  • $150 registration fee for families not currently enrolled in SAECC. Fee waived for current families.

2.  When is my payment due?

Non-refundable deposits and registration fees are due at the time of registration. Tuition payment schedule below:

  • Session 1 - Due May 1, 2024       

  • Session 2 - Due June 1, 2024

  • Session 3 - Due July 1, 2024

  • Session 4 & 5 - Due August 1, 2024

3.  What is the refund policy?

All fees and tuition are non-refundable.

4.  Do you have before or after care?

No. However, camp hours are 8 am - 5 pm.

5.  What are the hours of operation:

8 am – 5 pm

6.  Can I sign up for one week of summer camp?

No, we keep the children in pods for health and safety measures.

7.   Can I change my child’s group?

There is only 1 school age group this year. Children are placed in their correct group based on their age at the time of registration.

8.  Do we provide meals?

Breakfast, snack, and lunch are all provided. Children may bring their own lunches in if desired. (SAECC is a nut-free facility)

9.  How does SAECC communicate?

 SAECC communicates via weekly emails, verbal conversations during drop off and pick up, and the Class Dojo app. Teachers can also be reached on the classroom cell phone.
