Summer Camp FAQs

1.  What are the fees?

  • $1,000 non-refundable deposit

  • $1,000 bi-weekly tuition

  • Late fees: $10 for the first 10 minutes or fraction thereof and $1 per minute thereafter.

  • $150 registration fee for families not currently enrolled in SAECC. Fee waived for current families.

2.  When is my payment due?

Non-refundable deposits and registration fees are due at the time of registration. Tuition payment schedule below:

  • Session 1 - Due May 30, 2023       

  • Session 2 - Due July 1

  • Session 3 - Due August 1 

  • Session 4 - Due August 12

3.  What is the refund policy?

All fees and tuition are non-refundable.

4.  Do you have before or after care?

No. However, camp hours are 8 am - 5 pm.

5.  What are the hours of operation:

8 am – 5 pm

6.  Can I sign up for one week of summer camp?

No, we keep the children in pods for healthy and safety measures.

7.   Can I change my child’s group?

There are 2 groups at camp. Children are placed in their correct group based on their age at the time of registration.

8.  Do we provide meals?

Breakfast, snack, and lunch are all provided. Children may bring their own lunches in if desired. (SAECC is a nut-free facility)

9.  How does SAECC communicate?

 SAECC communicates via weekly emails, verbal conversations during drop off and pick up, and the Class Dojo app. Teachers can also be reached on the classroom cell phone.
