Roving Summer Camp FAQs
1. What are the fees?

Tuition is charged per session. Sessions 1–4 are $650 each week.

Upon acceptance into the program, a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total tuition for all sessions your child will attend will be calculated and invoiced with an immediate due date.

Late fees: $10 for the first 10 minutes, or any fraction thereof, and $1 per minute thereafter.

$150 registration fee for families not currently enrolled in SAECC. Fee waived for current families.

2. When is my payment due?

Non-refundable deposits and registration fees are due at the time of registration.

The remaining 75% balance will be paid in three automatic installment payments of 25% each, due on February 1, 2026, March 1, 2026, and April 1, 2026. Families who register after February 1 will have the remaining balance divided into equal installments across the remaining scheduled payment dates, with full payment required by April 1, 2026. Automatic payment authorization is required at registration.

3. How do I pay my deposit?
Your deposit will be calculated by SAECC and invoiced no later than January 15, 2026. After this date, invoices will be sent 3-5 business days after your registration is received, and SAECC has confirmed availability. Payment is due three days upon receipt. ​

4. What is the refund policy?
March 30, 2026, is the final date to withdraw from the program and receive a refund of tuition, less the non-refundable deposit. Withdrawals received after this date will not be eligible for any refund.

5. Do you have before or after care?
No. However, camp hours are 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

6. What are the hours of operation:
9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.​

7. Can I change my child’s group?
7-year-old children may attend the STEAM or the Roving Camp. They cannot sign up for both sessions during the same timeframe. All other students must enroll in their respective age groups' program.

8. Do we provide meals?
SAECC does not provide meals for roving campers. Parents must provide children's lunch and snacks (optional) daily.

9. How does SAECC communicate?
SAECC communicates via weekly emails and verbal conversations during drop-off and pick-up. Teachers can also be reached on the classroom cell phone.
