Discover Our Programs

Infants

Research based and child focused, the curriculum implemented at SAECC uses a carefully designed process of learning whereby  caregivers encourage infants to discover the world around them by exploring and playing.   Our loving teachers spend a lot of time cuddling and talking to your baby to instill trust and provide a healthy early learning experience.

Toddlers

When your child is all over the place, they're discovering their world. Toddlers learn best in safe, loving places where they can explore, in their own way. The activities for this age group are built around toddlers' limitless curiosity and their natural desire to push boundaries.

Preschool

Your child will gain independence while getting ready for the transition to kindergarten with a more organized environment. Our passionate teachers will partner with you during this special time making their "senior year" of preschool the best it can be.

School Age

In order to support our community with the new virtual learning model, we are excited to announce the St. Albans Early Childhood Center (SAECC) School Age Program. We will serve children in grades kindergarten-5th.

Why Children Love

St. Albans

St. Albans is all about learning through open-ended play and structured play activities that allow children to develop at their own pace. Whether children are finger painting, building a block castle, or singing, we help your child increase their experiences, abilities, and knowledge.

Welcome to St. Albans Early Childhood Center

We are so excited about your interest in our stellar, OSSE gold star rated-NAEYC accredited program. As you peruse our website you will soon discover what distinguishes our program as one of the premier early learning experiences for young children.

Collectively, we are a community of diverse, family focused individuals who are committed to facilitating a life-long learning experience for our youngsters.  We fulfill this mission by providing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, The Creative Curriculum.   The children’s learning experience is enriched with weekly Spanish instructions, music and movement classes, yoga lessons, soccer training, and international music sessions.

Aside from the program’s many offerings, I think what people like most about St. Albans Early Childhood Center is the dedication and commitment of its leadership, warmth and knowledge of the teachers, interest and involvement of the parents, and the manner in which we diligently work together to ensure that our children thrive during their formative years and beyond.

Come by the center and see what make us so special.  Our doors are open.

See you soon,
Donna C. Mason, Executive Director
