Who We Are
We have been serving children ages 0-5 years for 37 years.
Our inquiry based approach values children, families and teachers as capable, life-long learners. Our staff are passionate, collaborative, creative, reflective and joyful professionals committed to children, families and community.

Who You Are
Qualified applicants are experienced and knowledgeable early childhood educators who can celebrate the wonders of childhood and learning. They believe children are capable learners that do meaningful work through play and investigation. They value family partnerships and communication. They can collaborate with a teaching partner and colleagues to advance curriculum, environment, and documentation.

Highly Desired Qualifications
The most competitive candidates will have teaching experience, a commitment to reflective work with children, and an eagerness to collaborate with coworkers and seek ongoing professional development.

Required for all Lead Teacher staff at SAECC Learning Center 
     Associate, Bachelor or Master degree in ECE, Human Development  or related field.
    Child Development Associate (CDA) 
    First Aid and CPR training 
    Child Abuse Awareness Training 
    Criminal History Check (Central Background Registry)
